Warranties

All items sold by us are warranted against defects in material and workmanship either by the original manufacturer or by us for any specified term. This warranty does not cover installation or consequential labor, failure resulting from improper installation, failure of a related component, or failure resulting from abuse or commercial usage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the original component.

We reserve the right to replace or repair defective merchandise, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

Disclaimer

We make every effort to supply you with original parts, when obtainable, at a reasonable price. Items that are obsolete will be the highest quality reproductions that we can supply. If you have any questions, please ask your salesperson.

Return Policy

All Returned Parts must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #) clearly marked on the outside of the box and must be shipped pre-paid in original condition. Obtain this Return Authorization Number from your salesperson before returning any parts to us, or call our office for one. You must include the Return Authorization Number with the returned part, in order to receive proper credit for the returned merchandise. No collect shipments will be accepted. Please ensure the returned parts for full value to protect yourself against loss. All truck freight returns must be authorized in advance. Returned Parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns (i.e. returns not having an RA#) will be refused. We will not accept any returns after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

The following parts are Not Returnable:

  • Used Parts. All used part sales are final.
  • Electrical Parts.
  • Special Order Parts.
  • Any Parts which have been installed, marked, plugged-in, etc.
  • Instructions/Manuals.

Refused Orders

Freight charges, both ways plus a 20% restocking fee will be charged on any refused shipments for any unauthorized reason.

Back Orders

If there is to be any delay in filling your order, you will be notified. Back Orders will be held for 60 days. All Back Orders will be shipped within 60 days or canceled. If you do not want us to ship Back Orders, we must be notified immediately or you will be subject to our returns policy on merchandise returned.

Damage/Claims/Shipping/Shortages

CHECK ALL SHIPMENTS BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM
Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by the consignee directly with the carrier.
